I had a problem which was only 20c which cost $50 in flybuys points it would have 2 minutes to sort out. The two ladies that were working at the time (shop empty) displayed no interest in helping. I have lived in Broome for 30 years and have never seen a customer treated with such contempt. This also applies to the staff at Liquorland HQ. I would suggest that 150 meters down Robinson St in Louis St is the Conti Bottle Shop. Call in and see Corrine and the staff very friendly and extremely helpful.David Neave

Security guard very unprofessional in his handling of customers, telling us to go to BWS as we questioned why one of us with rquired ID were not allowed entry to store, because their partner present did not have ID, happy to spend our money down the road, just as BWS were happy for our custom, and will not go back to Liquorland again.

Thursday 14 - 7 - 22 11.15am - the security guard at door was unprofessional and antagonistic. I asked a civil question and was told he didn’t like my attitude. Not acceptable

Only can purchase once a day per person. Me and my partner just landed and bought a 4 pack. One of us went back, the opposite to who bought the first time. And refused service. Just a heads up buy what you need all together for the day

It was such a pleasure to go to a liquor store in Broome that gave great friendly service from walking in the door to them putting it in my boot. Prices are always competitive and the store is neat clean and tidy. Thank you
