Went to shop 20.01.22.around 7pm,the young tall boy was extremely rude to me,I tried to strike conversation with him,he was very Rude.will not be going again,I live local,and have spoken to people whom have also found him extremely rude.i should of taken his name,but that's fine I know were he works.they have lost my business and many other locals as well.

Visited the store yesterday to use my gift card for part of my purchase staff member refused to honour it stated the owner had given them strict instructions not to accept gift cards as they are not a participating store. Checked the website terms and conditions this store is listed as participating. Following this up with head office.

Tried to use a voucher pre Xmas. Was declined. Blamed it on head office. Went back today, and the voucher worked. Meathead behind the counter lied twice before we pushed him to try it. Then lied again after trying to say it was Westpacs issue, not theirs. Not ok.
